MD Anderson provides cancer care at several convenient locations throughout the Greater Houston Area and collaborates with community hospitals and health systems nationwide through MD Anderson Cancer Network®. MD Anderson is made up of 20,000 employees and 1,000 volunteers. MD Anderson had multiple disconnected software platforms that required redundant data entry. Additionally, the multitude of software platforms being used required the hospital to host them on their existing Information Technology Infrastructure.
